The Earth Incense is a traditional offering incense made by hand in accordance withe the formula laid down by the ancient Tibetan doctors and medicinal texts.  It is composed of 32 different herbal ingredients including juniper , Holy Basil, Valerian, cinnamon , saffron and mugwort, all having been used extensively in Tibet.  It helps to relieve headache and nausea ,stress, tension, anxiety, depression and irritability.
