The plight of species misplaced and displaced by human habitats brings Australia's White Ibis into light…often referred to as 'bin chickens', their ongoing struggle to find 'their' home comes to the fore… Ibis are natives of Australia's plentiful low lying wetlands, and as these are being built out by the ever growing human population, the Ibis are evolving into suburban areas, seeking food wherever they can.  Ibis are also seen in some cultures as a connection to the spirit world.  This original Oil on canvas was painted by Adrienne in the Eyescape Studio and would look striking on any wall.
